• Payments are processed securely through authorized gateways.
• You may cancel or reschedule according to our cancellation policy (e.g., 4+ hours notice for full refund).

User Responsibilities

Users must not misuse the platform for fraudulent or malicious activity. Inappropriate behavior towards providers may result in account suspension.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Acasa and protected by intellectual property laws.

Liability & Dispute Resolution

Acasa is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of our platform. Disputes will be governed by the laws of Indonesia.
